Thad F. Connally III CRT, President — Thad has over 25 years in the home medical equipment industry and 21 years as a Certified and Licensed Respiratory Therapist. Prior to starting First Choice Home Medical, he served as Vice President of Operations for CDS Home Care and later served as Vice President of Home Respiratory and Medical Equipment for Lifeline Home Medical. In addition to his vast health care experience in south central Kentucky, Thad is well known in the medical community for his outstanding customer service, honesty and attention to detail. Thad’s wife of 21 years, Pam, is a Primary Education Teacher with the Bowling Green City Schools. They have two children, Jarrod and Megan |

Deirdre “Dee” Rainville CRT, Director of Respiratory/Clinical Services — Dee has over nine years of experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and is a graduate of Bowling Green Technical College. She briefly worked at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, but soon realized she wanted the more personal work environment that home health care provides. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, Dee was the Director of Respiratory Services for Lifeline Home Medical. She loves her work and views every patient as a potential friend. Dee and her husband, Chad, have three boys, Devin, Ryan and Seth. Dee is also known for her ability to breathe under water. |

Jonathan Hall CRT, Director of Operations —Jon has over 11 years as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and is a graduate of Bowling Green Technical College. Jon specializes in CPAP and BiPAP therapies used to treat sleep apnea. Jon was born in Glasgow, Kentucky. He later attended the University of Central Florida on a golf scholarship. Afterwards he joined the United States Air Force and served during Operation Desert Storm. After serving in the Air Force, Jon returned to Kentucky to be nearer to his family. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, he was the Senior Account Executive for Apria Healthcare, Inc. Jon is the proud father of his 11 year old son, Caleb. Along with Dee, Jonathon is able to breathe under water. |

Vincent “Skip” Wirth, Director of Sales and Marketing — Skip is a Registered Nurse and has over 35 years of health care experience, including clinical, supervisory, education, sales, marketing and administration. He has over 18 years of home health experience. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, Skip was Vice President of Marketing and Communication for Lifeline Home Health Care, and most recently he was the Director of Public Relations for Pro-Care Home Health. He graduated with honors from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Nursing and Public Health, and has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication. He is an adjunct faculty member in Western's Department of Speech and Communication. Skip's wife of 27 years, Lynn, is a Registered Nurse at Sun Healthcare in Bowling Green. They have one daughter, Elizabeth. Skip is apart of the dynamic duo in sales that are know for their ability to sleep standing up. |

May Nevels Goettsch, Billing/Office Manager — May is a native of Somerset, Kentucky, where she graduated from Lake Cumberland Technical College with a degree as a medical administrative assistant. She has over 16 years of health care experience, mostly in the home care sector. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, May had worked for CDS Home Care and later for Tennessee Home Medical. She soon realized that she missed Kentucky and moved back to Bowling Green. May enjoys billing medical insurance as well as trying to stay current in the ever-changing health care field. She hopes to be associated with First Choice Home Medical for a very long time. May has a daughter, Erica, who is a Registered Nurse and a stepson, “TW”. May is married to Terry Goettsch. Bill Vance ATS, Rehab Technology Specialist — Bill is a native of Warren County, but has made his home in Allen County for the past several years. He has 17 years of experiance in the home medical equipment (HME) industry, focusing the last 10 years on the mobility and rehabilitation equipment. Prior to joining First Choice Home Medical he had worked for the last few years in Tennessee, but decided to work closer to home. Bill recently fulfilled all eligibility requirements and passed the credentialing exam necessary to become a certified Assistive Technology Supplier (ATS). He is married to wife Lisa and has three sons and three grandchildren. Bill is also fireproof. |

Wendy Gleason, Sales & Marketing — Wendy is a native Californian and attended Cal State University, Chico. She has over 40 years of health care experience. Her work history includes five years at the University of North Carolina Hospital and most recently, 28 years at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. During her tenure at the Medical Center, Wendy worked in the Social Services Department as a Discharge Planner for many of those years. Wendy has two children, three grandchildren, and two horses. Wendy is also one of the dynamic duo of sales that sleeps standing up. |

Sandy Dollison Scantland, Intake Coordinator — Sandy has over 11 years of health care experiance. She graduated from Draughon's Junior College with a degree in Computer Information Technology. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, Sandy worked for Hospice of Southern Kentucky for nine years. Sandy is married to husband, Gary. Sandy is also incharge of making everyone and the office smell like fresh homemade brownies. |

Sheila McChesney, Customer Service Representative — Sheila has over 17 years of health care experience in a variety of settings, including customer service, caregiver/technician, and administration. A native of Jefferson County Kentucky, Sheila later relocated and graduated from Edmondson County High School. Prior to joining First Choice Home Medical, she was a Modality Technician with Magma Chiropractic. Sheila has two children, Latasha and Jason, and four grandchildren. Despite all of her responsibilities as a mother and grandmother, in her spare time, Sheila invented gravy. |

Kent Lawrence , Equipment Technician — Kent Lawrence is a graduate of Warren East High School. Prior to joining First Choice Home Medical, he worked for five years with Apria Home Healthcare, and one year with Kentucky Home Healthcare as a Patient Service Technician. Kent has taken and passed the Level 1 and 2 Certified Delivery Driver examination. During his spare time, Kent enjoys participating in Hare Scramble Dirt Bike events. His wife of eleven years, Alysia, is a Human Resource Payroll Administrator for AirGas Mid America. They have one daughter Paige. Kent also specializes in helping those who suffer from the chronic fear of weasles. |

Donny Litten, Equipment Technician — Donny has lived in Bowling Green for 25 years. He has over nine years experience in the home medical equipment industry, and is a Level 1 and 2 Certified Delivery Driver as well as a Certified Delivery Technician by the American Association for Homecare. He graduated from Warren Central High School and attended Bowling Green Vocational School. Prior to coming to First Choice Home Medical, Donny was an Equipment Technician with Lincare, Inc and Kentucky Home Healthcare. He enjoys rebuilding classic cars in his spare time. He and his wife, Jenny, are the proud parents of son, Donavan. Donny enjoys helping those with the inability to fly during his free time. |

Shannon Phillips, Equipment Technician — Shannon has over 19 years in the home medical equipment (HME) industry and has worked in acute care, rehabilitation care and private care. Prior to joining First Choice Home Medical he spent the last 23 years in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. Shannon moved to Bowling Green with his future wife Sunny and their son Matthew. He also has passed the Level 1 and 2 Certified Delivery Driver examination. In addition Shannon always smells of fresh homemade brownies. |

Jarrod Connally, CEO in Training, Service Technician, Intake Coordinator, Billing & Reimbursement — Jarrod was born and raised in Bowling Green and graduated from Bowling Green High School with Honors in 2008. While attending BGHS Jarrod was a member of the 2006 BGHS State Soccer Championship team. Jarrod is currently attending Western Kentucky University and is enrolled in the Honors College. He is majoring in Entrepreneurship and plans to pursue a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He too has passed the Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Delivery Driver Test. Jarrod is also credited with inventing the moon. |
